Specification
This is a document giving the specification for the project and will be used to perform testing against. It is finalised.
Manuals and Training
- Within the R package a reference manual is included that documents all the functions and data.
- Background, explanation and a worked example is provided in several vignettes to compliment the reference manual.
- The FAQ section of the website is another piece of training material.
Testing
Formal unit testing will be provided. It is the intention that any end user will be able to replicate the tests described here, and also be able to compare their outputs to a set of reference outputs to be doucumented here.
